  We returned hoping for a special birthday dinner for my husband. The service was terrible with the waitress being completely absent or forgetting drinks and requests. The menu was so abbreviated that there was almost no choice. We enjoyed the shaved Brussels Sprouts, but there were just three options for an entree and while the Bison Burger was just okay (I really missed the duck fat fries and the bun did not resemble a pretzel bun). The butternut squash risotto was laden and heavy- the squash was not peeled. I am sad to say that we won't be back. I am really disappointed since it used to be a gem. New ownership and the new chef are not on par with the past. Too bad.

  October 22, 2016: My husband and I have been eating at the Dyberry Forks Restaurant when the previous owners opened it a few years ago. We really enjoyed the creative menu items that were locally sourced when possible. The restaurant changed hands a few months ago. There aren't many restaurants in this area that can be labeled farm-to-table, which is why we really like the restaurant.
  
  We arrived on a chilly fall October night and were excited to eat here again. The service was great, and so was the food. We were, however, a little disappointed by the lack of menu choices. There were five starters and four entrees. Two of the starters were made with Brussel sprouts, and many of the menu items were made with Calabrian Chili Oil. It almost seemed as though they bought too much of the oil and now wanted to use it up. We also though the entree items were different: vegetarian, salmon, pasta dish, and a bison burger. The butternut squash soup was delicious and so was the cheese board. The bison burger was good... but we weren't really in the mood for a burger. Nothing else on the entry list was appealing to us. We had the strawberry shortcake for dessert; which was excellent.
  
  Overall, we really enjoyed the experience but would like to see a bit more variety on the menu (include one appetizer with Brussel sprouts, have a pork/chicken/beef entree, etc.).
